[Shipment for Buyer] How is Ship Out Time Calculated?
Ship Out Time is calculated as the time taken between the moment the entire order is paid for, to the moment the delivery company successfully receives/picks up the product from the Seller.
⚠️Note
- Products which are Pre-Order (7 or more Days to Ship) are excluded from Ship Out Time calculation.
